OYJEN Capital is founded in New York with a singular mandate: to architect the institutional frameworks that enable structured U.S.–Africa capital deployment. The founding thesis — that governance gaps, not risk, are the primary constraint on cross-border allocation — drives every subsequent decision.

Continental Presence — Lagos & Nairobi
OYJEN opens West Africa operations in Lagos and East Africa operations in Nairobi, deploying on-the-ground capital intelligence teams across both regions. Our corridor portfolio expands to cover infrastructure, digital, and energy sectors across twelve African markets — anchored by the publication of our Institutional Readiness Index.
